RESOLUTION NO. 501 WHEREAS. the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a storm drainage project. and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain storm drainage project and accompanying appurtenances thereto to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction. maintenance and operation of a drainage ditch over and across a strip of land, said strip of land being 25 feet in width and lying within the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 29. Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and the parcel of land across which said easement will exist is described as follows. to-wit: All that part of the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sec. 10, T 29, R 23. which lies West of Snelling Avenue and is described as follows: Commence at a point on the West line of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sec. 10. 809.05' North of the SW corner of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sec. 10; thence at an angle of 92005' turned to the right of the West line of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Sec. 10, a distance of 843.87' to the Westerly line of Snelling Curve; thence NWly along Snelling Curve to a point on a line described as follows: Commence at a point on the North line of said Sec. 10. 808.50' West of the North 1/4 corner; thence South and parallel with the North and South 1/4 line to a point 240.50' South of the South line of the Northern Pacific R/W for a point of beginning; thence in a Wly direction towards a point located on the West line of said Sec. 10. 260.50' South of the South line of the N. P. R/w; thence Westerly along said described line from said point thereon to the West line of said Sec. 10; thence South along the West line of the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sec. 10, T. 29, R 23 to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the premises described in Book 312. page 140, in the name of Marvin Huiras et ale and
