EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 30, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 30, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields ~~mber Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5011 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville lying on Rice Street from McCarrons Boulevard north to 160 feet north of Elmer Street, by construction of sanitary sewer and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to ~tinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Department for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion forthe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
