<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 30, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 30, <br />1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5012 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that section of the Village <br />of Roseville bounded by County Road C, Pascal Avenue, Hamline Avenue <br />and Judith Avenue by construction of storm sewers and to assess the <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br />ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be in- <br />structed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost <br />of said improvement, as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by ~~mber Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
