EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 30, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 30, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 5012 WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville bounded by County Road C, Pascal Avenue, Hamline Avenue and Judith Avenue by construction of storm sewers and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be in- structed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of said improvement, as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ~~mber Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
