<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 30 I 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 30, 1968, at <br />7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Ma yor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4042 was adopted by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville certifying to the County <br />Auditor certain delinquent sewer accounts to be placed upon <br />general taxes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following described real property was mistakenly <br />included in the list so certified: <br /> <br />79-6720-030-09 St. Paul Park. The South 104 <br />feet of North 230 feet of West 100 feet of Lot <br />9. (3105 North Lexington Avenue). <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The above described real property is <br />hereby stricken from Resolution No. 4042 and the County Auditor <br />is instructed not to place said property in the delinquent sewer <br />account. <br />
