<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 13, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 13, 1969. <br />Tne following members were present: <br /> <br />~~yor Moll, Councilman Shields, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5016 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING <br />VILLAGE ~~~AGER TO SIQ~ A RIDER TO THE ST. PAUL <br />SEWER CONTRACT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Acting Village Manager are <br />authorized to sign an amendment to the Roseville - St. Paul Sanitary <br />Sewer Contract which permits the addition of sewage flow from the <br />Home of the Good Shepherd located in the Village of North Oaks through <br />the Shoreview system and subsequently through the Roseville system. <br />A copy of said rider is attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~~mber Grauel and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAl'-1SE Y ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Acting Manager <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I <br />
