Extract of Vunutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota on Monday, the thirteenth day of January, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger andShie1ds and the following were absent: None Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5017 RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONCURRENCE WITH RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD ACTION ON SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD (CSAH 20) AS A C.S.A.H. WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt a resolution revoking the designation of County State Aid Highway No. 20, within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville as follows: SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD Beginning at or near the west quarter corner of section 1, township 29 north, range 23 west, at the termination of Dale Street, County State Aid Highway No. 53; thence along the established centerline of the public road, described as follows: From said place of beginning; thence northeasterly adjacent to or near the northerly right of way line of the Northern Pacifica Railroad to a point approximately 400 feet east of the north and south quarter line of said section 1; thence southerly to the approximate east and west quarter line of the northeast quarter of said section 1; thence east along or near the east and west quarter line of the northeast quarter of said section 1, to the in- tersection of Rice Street, Trunk Highway No. 49, at or near the east line of section 1, and there terminating. Said road being entirely within the Village of Roseville, Minnesota.
