Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, lfunnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the thirteenth day of January, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Graue 1 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5018 RESOLUTION RELATING TO DESIGNATION OF SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD AS M.S.A. STREET NO. 236 WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of ~tinnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOI-l THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the County of Ramsey that the road described as follows, to-wit: SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD Beginning at or near the west quarter corner of Section 1, Township 29 north, Range 23 west, at the tennination of Dale Street, County State Aid Highway No. 53; thence along the established centerline of the public road, described as follows: From said place of beginning; thence northeasterly adjacent to or near the northerly right of way line of the Northern Pacific Railroad to a point approximately 400 feet east of ,~he north and south quarter line of said section 1; thence southerly to the approximate east and west quarter line of the northeast quarter of said section 1; thence east along or near the east and west quarter line of the northeast quarter of said section 1, to the intersection of Rice Street, Trunk Highway No. 49, at or near the east line of section 1, and thereterminating. Said road being entirely within the Village of Hoseville.
