EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 13, 1969 * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 13, 1969, at 7: 30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor ~roll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5021 WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company is constructing a sub-station in the Village of Roseville and said sub-station is adjacent to a fire station owned and operated by the Village, and, WHEREAS, it is in the best interest to the Northern States Power Company and to the Village of Roseville that they have a road maintained over the property to serve the fire station and serve the sub-station of the Northern States Power Company, and, WHEREAS, the Northern States Power Company indicated their willingness to construct and maintain a road at their expense which would not only be of benefit to the Northern States Power Company but also be of benefit to the Village, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to sign the easement granting to the Northern States Power Company certain easements, copy of said easement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
