<br />After a discussion of the views preAented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public nearing for Improvement No. 68-13, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Gra\lQ.l;" ..' ~ <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OiWERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-l3 UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of tne Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes.196l, Chapter 429, as amended, tne Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement NO. 68-13. water main construction <br />is proposed to consist of the construction of a water main, 6 <br />inches in size, between Laurie Road and county Road "B" and <br />within Fulham Avenue. Also as a part of water main construction <br />would be the furnishing and installing of service connections <br />to the existing water main between Trunk dighway 36 and Laurie <br />Road and into the new water main between Laurie Road and County <br />Road "B" so located as to serve the adjacent property. Sanitary <br />Sewer construction work would consist of the extension of <br />sanitary sewer services from the existing sanitary sewer along <br />the center of Fulnam Avenue and extending easterly and westerly <br />to serve the abutting properties on either side of the street <br />right-of-way. Storm Sewer construction would consist of the <br />sto~ sewer located witnin the rignt-of~ay of Fulham Avenue <br />between Trunk. Highway 36 and County Road "BII and would vary <br />in size between 12 inch and 36 inch in size. Storm sewer <br />construction would include manho~e, catch basins and stub lines <br />off from the Fulham Avenue right-of~ay to serve future storm <br />sewers to be located on tne soutn service drive on Trunk High- <br />way 36, on Laurie Koad, and on County Road liB". Street con- <br />struction would consist of the grading of Fulnam Avenue between <br />county Road liB" and the south service drive OJ1 Trunk. Highway 36, <br />together with the construction of concrete curb and gutter <br />along both sides of the roadway throughout its entire length <br />followed by the installation of sub base and a 2 inch plant mixed <br />
