EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF J.\1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 20, 1969 * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 20th day of January, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting 14ayor Curley, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: Mayor Moll Member Shields introduced the follmrlng resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5026 RESOLUTION CORRECTING .AND TRANSFERRING fu~ ASSESSJ.\1ENT ERRONEOUSLY PLACED ON A LOT ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEHER DjpROVEMENT 67-10 vlliEREAS, the assessment roll on Storm Sewer Improvement 67-10 was adopted by Resolution No. 4032 on the 14th day of October, 1968, and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, there was an assessment placed erroneously on a parcel, and 1~HEREAS, it appears that the assessment is therefore not equitable and must be corrected by transferring it to another parcel under ~tinn. Stat. ~ 429.071, Subsec. 3; and NOH THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILV\GE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLW"\{S: That Resolution No. 4032 dated October 14, 1968, is hereby amended by: striking the assessment under Rosedale Center First Addition, Outlot A for $19,239.00 and it is hereby transferred, as it appears in said resolution to Rosedale Center First Addition, Lot 3, Blod: 3, for the said assessment amount of $19,239.00. This amendment shall take effect with the instal~fient due and payable in 1969.
