For.m 2523 (10-66) RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 5027 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e duly held on the 27th day of January , 19~, the following Resolution waS offered by Member Shields seconded by Member Graue 1 to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the Village of Rosevi11e from Jta Cleveland Ave. to Victoria St. in Rosevi11e and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesot~ being marked/_labeled, and identified as S.P. 6212-96, S.P. 6212-108, S.~. 6212-106 (30-118) ; and vrnmREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as~~212-96, S.P. 6212-108, S.P. 6212-106 (36=118) which, together with the l{lnnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 ; and 1rmEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and 1riHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing l'ecit.Als particlllnrly iclenti fied Imd described.
