<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. HELD JANUARY 27, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January <br />27, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, LinebarRer and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5028 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville operates municipal <br />liquor stores and the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />has deemed it would be in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to continue to operate said stores but to abandon any <br />municipal operation of on-sale liquor stores. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />hereby endorses and recommends for passage Senate File No. 155. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized to certify <br />copies of this Resolution and forward the same to the following: <br /> <br />Senator Rudolph Hanson <br />Senator Walter J. Franz <br />Senator Carl A. Jensen <br />Senator Robert O. Ashbach <br />Representative Richard Anderson <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being <br />
