The Mayor and acting Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />~unn-Kota Excavating Co. <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />for $ 484.869.77 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville for Improvement No. 68-11 according to the plans and <br /> <br />specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the acting Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The acting Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br /> <br />bia. except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br />loweat b1dder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />
