EX1RACT OF MINUTES OF THE !v1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 27, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice Ulereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, January 27, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor ~Ioll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. The following were absent: None Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 5032 WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has prepared plans and specifications and proposes to let a contract for the construction of a project at T.B. 36 and Hamline Avenue; AND WHEREAS, to acconunodate this construction it is necessary to relocate certain village utilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Acting Village Manager of the Village of Roseville are hereby authorized to execute a utilities relocation agreement, Agreement No. 55993, for Minnesota Highway De- partment Project S.P.62l2-96(36=l18 Ramsey County at Hamline Avenue interchange, Village of Roseville). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WtlliREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
