<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 27, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 27, <br />1969, at 7: 30 p. m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Nayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5033 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville adopted Resolution No. 2026 on February 19, 1968, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has been informed <br />by the Building Inspector that all of the dangerous conditions existing <br />which gave rise to the adoption of Resolution No. 2026 have been <br />abated, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Attorney is hereby instructed to <br />dismiss the condemnation proceedings affecting the following <br />described real property in the Village of Roseville, to wit: <br /> <br />The Westerly 144 feet of the Easterly <br />288 feet of Lot 11, A. K. Barnum's Garden <br />Lots, except the Easterly 10 feet thereof, <br />according to the official plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Dee ds in and for Ram sey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />
