<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />city council of the <br />city of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />was duly held at the city Hall in said city on <br /> <br />Mondav <br /> <br />the 11th day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1993, at ~ o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8997 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />ELDER CARE FACILITY REVENUE <br />BONDS, SERIES 1993, TO FINANCE A PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF VARIOUS <br />DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(CARE INSTITUTE, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by member Cushman <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />249075 <br />
