<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular me eting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 10, 1969, <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Re solution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5035 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council endorses and requests <br />the State Legislature to adopt House File No. 452 , copy of which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. The Manager is hereby instructed to certify a <br />copy of this Resolution and forward the same to Senator Ashbach, <br />and Representatives Bell and Anderson. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Acting Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />
