EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~'iEETING OF TdE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, \V'as duly called and held at the Village Hall in said village on February 17, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarrer, Grauel and Shields and the fol1owin~ were absent: ~one Hember Graue 1 moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5036 WHEREAS, there has been a vacancy in the l)OSl tlon of a permanent Village ~~ana5!er due to the resi,gnation of the former manager; tVHEREAS, the Village Council is charged with the responsibility for appointing someone to this vacant position; NOll, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that Burke "!. Raymond be appointed the Village llanager of the Village of Roseville, f"Iinnesota: 1. tie shall become the Village 7'/ianager of Roseville effective April 7, 1969. 2. As Village 1".1ana,ller he shall assune the duties imposed by Chapter 245 of the Roseville Village Code, and also the duties as specified under Optional Plan B Form of Government (Council - ;vlanaver) ( in accordance with iviinnesota Statutes, Chapter 412. 3. He shall be compensated at a startinrr rate of $1,583.33 per mon th e ffee ti ve Anri 1 7, 1969. 4. l-le shall receive all benefits made available to Village of Roseville employees as indicated in the Personnel Ordinance unless otherwise specified.
