EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF I\fEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, IvHNNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a re.w1ar meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Hinnesota, on the 17th day of February, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: layor 'Ioll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger, Grauel and Shields and the followinp were absent: None Member Curley moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5037 RESOLUTION REGARDING TRA!~SFER OF MONIES FOR PROJECT 68-7 (Municipal Ice Arena) VJ1lEREAS, proj ec ted expenditure reports as of February 10, 1969, indicate Ulat certain transfers of additional appropriations are necessary in order to comulete the construction of the municipal ice arena; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNC IL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the following funds and accounts be increased and decreased as follows: Increase . Decrease Public Works Reserve Fund $ ~i~icipal Liquor Fund Project 68-7 (Municipal Ice Arena) 25,000.00 $ 20,000.00 5,000.00 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon vote bein.p" taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
