<br />Extract of ~ftnutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ibseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due cali and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington, St. PaUl, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 17th day of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1962.-1 <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />l>la)'oT l<o11, 'Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />i'wne <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5048 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING rro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING rro COUNTY ROAD B-2 STREET IMPROVEMENT 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for County Ibad B-2 Street Improvement 64~1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />within assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by pre- <br />\ <br /> <br />vious property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportion- <br /> <br />ment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has <br /> <br />later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />( <br />
