<br />EXTRACT OF I.JINUTES OF I-lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVlLLE j iHNNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1::i69 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular rr-eeting of the <br />Village Council of Roseville, ~linnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the Village hall in said Village on February 17, 1969. The following <br />rr-embers were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Holl, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5050 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 4085 adopted by 61e Village <br />Council on November 18, 1968, a. report has been prepared by the <br />Public h'orks Director with reference to the improvement of the follow- <br />ing legal described property by installation of sanitary sewer, water- <br />main and street construction: <br /> <br />Southwest Quarter (SIV 1/4) of the north\.,rest quarter (M'!! 1/4) <br />of Section 12, Township 29 N, Range 23 iV except the South <br />173 feet of the West 588 feet thereof, subject to Western Avenue <br />and County Road 13- 2. <br /> <br />This report was received by the Village Council on February 17, <br />1969. <br /> <br />N01'i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, rlinnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of SUCil above <br />named properties in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of the property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of W.~e improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429 as amended, at an estimated total cost of the improvement <br />of $20,981.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall not be established on these improvements <br />until the storm sewer feasibi Ii ty report, being prepared by <br />the Banister Engineering Company, is accepted by the Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
