;~~~ <br />;~ <br />~1 Ii <br />'4. _ _' <br />TWIN LAKES' REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Update Meeting <br />Thursday, April 21st <br />10:00 a.m. <br />Roseville City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Over the past 20 years, the City of Roseville has worked to facilitate land use change within the Twin <br />Lakes Redevelopment Area. The City broke ground on the initial phase of the Infrastructure <br />construction project on July 2, 2009, and it is positioning itself to bring phase two under contract by <br />June 2010. We want to invite you to an hour long meeting to let you know what the City has been <br />working on to complete the construction of the infrastructure necessary to facilitate redevelopment in the <br />Twin Lakes Area. Items that we would like to go over: <br />• Infrastructure Construction project <br />o Right of Way acquisition <br />o Design <br />o Schedule <br />o Successful Grants <br />• Twin Lakes Area Infrastructure Improvements Study- Update to Cost Allocation <br />Redevelopment of the Twin Lakes Area is an extremely important project for Roseville. We hope you <br />will be able to attend this meeting.
