An excavator shall <br />2 maintain written documentation of each meet with an underground <br />3 facility operator or representative. This documentation must be <br />4 kept for the duration of the excavation conducted under the <br />5 notice. The documentation must includes <br />6 A. the date and time of each meet; <br />7 B. the names, company affiliations, and contact <br />8 information of the attendees of each meet; <br />9 C. a diagram, sketch, or description of the precise <br />10 excavation locations, dates, and times; and <br />11 D. the agreed schedule of any future meets or <br />12 communications. <br />13 7560.0375 LOCATING A SERVICE LATERAL. <br />14 Subpart 1. Operator duties. Unless otherwise agreed, an <br />15 underground facility operator shall locate a service lateral <br />16 before the start date and time on the notice and in accordance <br />17 with items A through Cs <br />18 A. An operator of a natural gas, propane, or electric <br />19 facility shall locate a service lateral up to the meter or the <br />20 connection to a customer's underground facility, whichever is <br />21 closer to the end-use customer. If the meter or connection to <br />22 the customer's underground facility is within a public <br />23 right-of-way, at a minimum the operator shall locate that <br />24 portion of the service lateral within the public right-of-way up <br />25 to the point where the service lateral first leaves the public <br />26 right-of-way. <br />2?
