Communication Items <br />Written reports were provided for the following projects: <br />Information on Sales Tax for Infrastructure <br />Chair DeBenedet noted the restrictions on use of a special sales tax for <br />reconstruction of existing infrastructure, with legislative approval necessary for <br />each project following a referendum. <br />
