S-"..1' / c' cj) j <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: /~~-yt/C:'- <br /> <br />-; <br />Member - f;;;/ /I/cc:Lc <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ,~U'b <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWS~ 1961, REGULAR SESSION~ <br />CHAPTER 728. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE~ MINNESOTA~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) The Village of Roseville does hereby approve Laws, 1961, Regular <br />Session, Chapter 728, pertaining to participation in the organization of a <br />Ramsey County League of Municipalities. <br /> <br />2) The Village of Roseville does hereby indicate its desire and intent <br />to participate in the organization known as the Ramsey County League of <br />Municipalities pursuant to Laws, 1961, Regular Session~ Chapter 728. <br /> <br />3) The approval of Laws, 1961, Regular Session, Chapter 728 is hereby <br />given pursuant to and under the authority of Laws, 1959~ Chapter 368. <br />
