HELD tvlARCH 10, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Villar.e on Monday, l'larcl1 10>> 1969, at 7: 30 p. M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Counei Imen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. and the following members were absent: None Hember Grauel then introduced the following resolution and moved its adopti on: RESOLUTION NO. 5068-A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PR[PARATION OF REPORT FOR SAlIJITARY SEWER HIPROVEt-1ENT 55-69-7, HATER H1PROVEMENT W-69-8 AND STREET I!,!PIWVEI-lENT P-69-9 ilE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, rvlINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Prior Avenue between T.H. No. 36 service drive and County Road B-2; and ti1e west uerimeter drive between Prior Avenue and T.H. 36 service dri ve fi led with the Council on Narch 10 J 1969 J is hereby dec lared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of properties effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to ?>linnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Consultant Engineer and he is instntcted to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection I..ith other improve- ments and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
