<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON b~CH 10, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of tile Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in s aid Vi llag-e on March <br />lOt 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members ~.,ere present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and <br />Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />~rember Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5069 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Village Council has created the <br />Roseville lvletropolitan Affairs C0lID11ittee to study metropolitan <br />area prob lems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Met ropoli tan Affai rs Commi ttee has <br />studied and make a recon'l.lnendation on the Highway Local Consent <br />provisions; <br /> <br />NOIV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVe!) BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL as the <br />Village of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. TIle Village Council of the Village of Roseville hereby <br />endorses House File 1177 and Senate Fi Ie 941 (Highway <br />Local Consent ~ills) <br /> <br />2. However, the Vi !lage Counei 1 takes exception to these two <br />bills in the makeup of the Appeal Board contained in these <br />two bills. <br /> <br />3. TI1e Acting Village Manager is hereby authorized to certify <br />copies of this resolution and forward the same to the <br />follOio,ling: <br /> <br />Senator Robert O.
