<br />Improvement P-68-33 consisting of construction of bituminous <br />surfacing and concrete curb and gutter on Galtier Street <br />from County Road B-2 to Transit Avenue <br /> <br />as described in the notices set forth below, and the estimated <br />costs thereof, and as to whether such improvements should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimates were submitted by the <br />Public Works Director, considered and approved by the Council, <br />and filed in the office of the acting Village Manager. The <br />improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report are designated as Improvements Nos. 55-68-30, <br />W-68-3l, and P-68-33. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />270l North Lexington Avenue, on March 31, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding public hearings on the proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and the acting Village Manager <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, <br />place and purpose of the hearings to be published twice in the <br />official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a <br />week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearings. <br /> <br />3.
