<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-68-33 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 3lst day of March, 1969, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-68-33 consisting of construction of bituminous surfacing <br />and concrete curb and gutter on Galtier Street from County Road B-2 <br />to Transit Avenue, all substantially in accordance with a pre- <br />liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of theVillage Acting Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $9,559.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement includes the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Galtier Street from <br />County Road B-2 to Transit Avenue, which includes <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 4 of Heatherwood <br />Addition and Unplatted Lands, Except South 383 <br />feet of East 370 feet of West 720 feet, the South <br />635 feet of West 3/4 of Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) <br />of Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) (Subj to Roads and <br />easements) in Section 10, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />.
