<br />:J <br />/~v<. 60 7'1 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 31, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />31st day of March, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: tiayor 1'1011, <br />councilmen curley, Grauel, Lin~bar9&r , Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of notice of hearing on proposed <br /> <br />Improvement No. 68...30 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />March 10, 1969, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the acting Manager. <br /> <br />The acting Village l~nager also exhibited a Certificate of <br /> <br />Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. which <br /> <br />certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the ~anager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the ~anager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br />
