<br />rJ .::zt: <br />~. .:j"tJ 75- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 31, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on 1:1onday, the <br /> <br />31st day of March, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: t4ayor Moll, and councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. Also present were Aoting Village <br />Manager Joseph M. Sills,Villaqe attorney Robert Bell,Public Works <br />Director Sherman Goldberg1 Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., <br />village consulting engineersland Peter S. Popovich oliP.tarson , pOpOvi~~ <br />and tne following were absent: . v l~age bOnd cohanl <br />None <br /> <br />The acting Village ~~nager presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Drainage <br /> <br />Improvement No. 68-35 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />March 10, 1969, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the acting Manager. <br /> <br />The acting Village l~nager also exhibited a Certificate of <br /> <br />Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. which <br /> <br />certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the ~anager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the ~2nager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br />
