EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day of May, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing and the following were absent: none. Councilperson Klausing introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 10809 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR FERRIS LANE WHEREAS, a petition requesting the improvement of Ferris Lane between Gluek Lane and the cul-de-sac has been submitted by the Homeowner's Associations; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. A petition requesting the improvement of Ferris Lane between Gluek Lane and the cul-de-sac was submitted by the Homeowner's Association, filed with the council May 10th, 2010, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stat. § 429.035. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
