<br />Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 5077 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville duly held on the ~ day of March ,19~, the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by ~~mber Linebarger <br /> <br />seconded by 1v1ember Curley to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 39~ <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Roseville from the W. Corp. Limits <br /> <br />to Co. Rd.. "C" <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as Layout No. ;!lD S.P. 2783-03, 6284-25 (35W=394), from <br />0.2 Mi. E. of Stinson Bld. to Co. Rd. "C" in Roseville <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary pla~" as hereinafter used in <br /> <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary-plans for the <br /> <br />improvement or- Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> <br />Number 35W within the limits of the Villa~e of Roseville be and <br /> <br /> <br />hereby are approved. <br />
