EXTRACT OF MINU1ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD March 31, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice tilereof a regular n~eting of the Vi llage Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 31, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor I'1oll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the followinrr. resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5078 A RESOLUTION OPPOSED TO !lOUSE FILE 1168 and SENATE FILE 670 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville Police Department provides er,lergency anbulance service to all" its res iden ts ; \\TflEREAS, House File 1168 and Senate File 670 would impose arbitrary regulations on ambulance service that would adversely affect the ambulance service wi thin the Village of Roseville; NOlI', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville is hereby opposed to House File 1168 and Senate File 670 insofar as said bills relate to the adoption of regulations by the State Board of Health which adversely affect police and emergency arbulance service. 2. That said resolution be forwarded to the appropriate legislators. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinp resolution was duly seconded by ~Itember Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
