<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, z..UNNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Watermain Improvement No. 68-15 <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash <br />payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened <br />and considered by the Village Manager and Public Works Director <br />at ll:30 o'clock a.m. on April 28, 1969, in the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check <br />or bid bond payable to the manager for ten percent (lO%) of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adoptee. <br />
