<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Improvement No. 67-34 shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />state that the bids will be opened and considered by the Village <br />Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 o'clock a.m. on <br />April 28, 1969, in the Village Hall, that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of <br />such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
