Approval of March 23, 2010 Meeting Minutes <br />Member Vandefl-wall moved, Felice seconded, approval of the March 23, 2010 <br />meeting as presented. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstentions: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4. Communication Items <br />Public Works Director Schwartz summarized written items included in meeting <br />materials as noted in the agenda packet.. Discussion items included: <br />Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area Update Meetin Notice <br />Mr. Schwartz advised that the meeting was well-attended, and provided an update <br />of grant funds and their allocation; and recent approval by the City Council of <br />amendments to the allocation agreement. <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
