Summary Sheet <br />MS4 Name: City of Roseville <br />Minimum Control Measure: 3-ILLICIT DISCHARGE DETECTION AND <br />ELIMINATION <br />Unique BMP Identification Number: 3d-1 <br />*BMP Title: Public and Employee Illicit Discharge Information Program <br />*BMP Description: <br />The City staff has equipment on hand and receives training to deal with small spills on City property. The City will <br />provide training to staff on illicit discharge in part with BMP 6a-1. The general public will receive information on <br />illicit discharge detection and elimination as part of BMP 1 c-3. The City will also provide a mechanism for the <br />public to report any illicit discharges. The City will also post signs to inform and educate the public on hazards of <br />illegal discharges and improper disposal of waste. These signs will be posted near parks and recreation areas.
