<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. <')'-"01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company, as developer, has <br />platted KROISS NORTHWOOD ADDITION PLAT 1 and therein dedicated a <br />certain street known as NORTHVIEW STREET, and has platted KROISS <br />WESTWOOD ADDITION PLAT 3 and therein dedicated certain streets known <br />as MARION STREET and IONA LANE, and pursuant to certain provisions of <br />Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be <br />graded and stabilized, and has duly filed its bonds for the completion of <br />construction of said streets within said plats as follows: <br /> <br />NORTHVIEW STREET <br />MARION STREET <br />ION A LANE <br /> <br />from Maple Lane to South Owasso Blvd. <br /> <br />from Iona Lane to County Road C 2 <br />from Marion Street to Woodbridge Street, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company has filed and also made <br /> <br />its request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has exammned and inspected said <br /> <br /> <br />streets and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said <br /> <br />streets has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the <br /> <br />Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets by the <br />Vi llage . <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the follOWing streets - Northview <br />Street from Maple Lane to South Owasso Boulevard, located in Kroiss North- <br /> <br />'Wood Plat 1, and Marion Street from Iona Lane to County Road C 2 and Iona <br /> <br />Lane from Marion Street to Woodbridge Street, located in Kroiss Westwood <br />
