<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Hoseville, Ramsey County, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 196~, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />the 21st <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor 11011, Councilmen Shields, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />r1ember Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5097 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br />RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOs. <br />ST-67-9, ST-67-10, ST-67-19 and ST-67-20 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Hoseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1968, was certified to the County <br /> <br />Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires <br /> <br />that apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Hoseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by <br /> <br />the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment against the following described properties: <br />
