City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1393 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 1010.03, SECTION 10 <br />POSTING POLITICAL SIGNAGE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 1010.03 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />1010.03: PERMITS: <br />10. Political signs to the extent that the following criteria are met: <br />a. In years when a state general election is held, political signs may be posted from 46 <br />days before the primary election until 10 days following the state general election. Any such <br />signs must be removed by those responsible for their being posted. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage <br />and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 10th day of May, 2010. <br />
