CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1393 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 1010.03, SECTION 10 <br />POSTING POLITICAL SIGNAGE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 1010.03 of the <br />Roseville City Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />1010.03: PERMITS: <br />10. Political signs to the extent that the <br />following criteria are met: <br />a. In years when a state general <br />election is held, political signs may be <br />posted from 46 days before the primary <br />election until 10 days following the state <br />general election. Any such signs must <br />be removed by those responsible for <br />their being posted. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date. This <br />ordinance shall take effect upon its <br />passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville this 10th day of May, 2010. <br />By: Mayor Cralg D.
