<br />/q <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 5/0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company, as developer, has <br /> <br />platted KROISS EASTWOOD ADDITION and therein dedicated a certain <br /> <br />street known as IONA LANE, and pursuant to certain provisions of <br /> <br />the Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize or <br /> <br />cause to be graded and stabilized, and has duly filed its bond for <br /> <br />the completion of construction of said street within said plat as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />IONA lANE <br /> <br />from Virginia Street to Farrington Street, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company has filed and also made <br /> <br />its request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets <br /> <br />by the Village of FDseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br /> <br />street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction <br /> <br />of said street has been completed in accordance with all the require- <br /> <br />ments of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said <br /> <br />street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following street, Iona <br /> <br />Lane from Virginia Street to Farrington Street located in Kreiss <br /> <br />Eastwood Addition be and is hereby accepted by the Village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville as a Village street, and that Ray Kreiss Construction Company, <br /> <br />developer, and Anchor Casualty Company, bonding company, be and are <br /> <br />hereby released from any further liability for construction and main- <br /> <br />tenance of said street. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this /{i Z( day of _11J-'t,>-t~UL , 1961. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />/--:;> / <br />~~Z//k~LJ <br /> <br />Village Clerk' , <br />
