EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 17 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none. <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10812 <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Northwestern College contracted to construct certain improvements <br />including he construction of an exclusive northbound right turn lane at the College entrance; and <br />WHEREAS, Northwestern College is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance <br />responsibility of these public improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept atwo-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />commencing on May 17, 2010, and expiring on May 17, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Roe and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing and <br />the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
