EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 28, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor ~~ll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 5100 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-36, 68-30 and 68-31 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Improvement Nos. 68-36, 68-30 and 68-31, according to the plans and specifi- cations thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said village, said bids were received on April 28, 1969, at 11:30 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the follow- ing bids were received complying with the advertisement: Bidder A moun t George Koza Austin P. Keller Orfei and Sons Erwin Montgomery Morettini Lametti and Sons Nodland and Associates $ 20,318.70 21,150.00 24,859.80 25,821.00 26,288.50 27,760.00 37,404.00 WHEREAS, it appears that George Koza (White Construction Co.) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $20,318.70. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed toenter into a contract with George Koza (White Construction Company) for $20,318.70 in the name of the Village of Roseville for I~ovement Nos. 68-36, 68-30 and 68-31
