Form. 2523 (4-69) RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 5102 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly' held on the_day of , 19J;L, the following Resolution waS offered by, Member , Linebarger ; seconded by: Menber Curley , ; to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the VUlage of Roaeville from the Victoria Street to the E. Corp. Limits ; and WHEF~ said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6212-101 (36=118) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6212-101 (36=118) which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968, on file in the office of the Commissioner of HighWays, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number U8 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village C~erk; and WHEREAS the term "said p~ans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified am described.
