<br />EX1RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 28, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on April 28, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51013; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council endorses and requests the State Legislature <br />to adopt Senate File 237 and House File 335 (Metropolitan Sewer <br />Service). <br /> <br />2. The Manager is hereby instructed to certify a copy of this <br />resolution and forward the same to Senator Ashbach and <br />Representatives Bell and Anderson. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereof <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) S5 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Assistant Village <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />
