<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~linnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, ~linnesota, on <br /> <br />the twelfth day of May, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. C.D.S.T. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTAlJCE OF SP1~ITARY SEHER, <br />HATE~ffiIN AND STO~1 Sm{ER EXTENSIONS IN <br />WES'IWOOD VILLAGE TOWNHOUSES PLAT I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated as developer, had entered into an agrce- <br /> <br />ment with the Village of Roseville to install or construct sanjtary sewer, <br /> <br />watermain and storm sewer in VIESTVlOOD VILLA.GE TOWNHOUSES Pl.J;'T I and, <br /> <br />WHE~\3, Ban Con, Incorporated has filed through their consulting <br /> <br />eilgineers, Banister Engineering Company, in a letter dated I'lay 2, 1969, their <br /> <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said sanitary sewer, water- <br /> <br />wain and storm sewer by the Village of Roseville and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Public Worl<::s Director has examined and inspected <br /> <br />said sani ta:cy sewer, waterm.ain and storm sewer and filed his certificate <br /> <br />indicating that the construction of said smn2 has been completed in accordance <br /> <br />'vli th all the requirements of the agreement and recolmnends the acceptance of <br /> <br />said. sani tar;y sewer, watcnuain and storm sewer by the Village. <br />
