<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 12 J 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />~bnday, May 12, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5110 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has acquired or taken by <br />eminent domain various parcels of property for public and <br />governmental purposes prior to January I, 1969, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the real estate taxes on <br />said parcels are properly abatable upon application, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br />attached application for relief, to abate real estate taxes <br />on the parce~ of property shown in said application for those <br />taxes payable in the year 1969 and prior thereto. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br />
