EXTRACT OF ~lINUTES OF l\1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 19, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 19th day of May 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: Councilman Curley Member Linebarger then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 5111 WHEREAS, it is necessary that more emphasis be placed on the building inspection, code enforcement, and site development compliance aspects of the Village's services; WHEREAS, in order to better control and enforce the various Codes adopted by the Village Council, it is necessary to increase the number of man hours devoted to the inspection and planning process; NOW, TI-lEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the position of Inspector be created within the Inspection Department as outlined under Class Number 402 of Chapter 260.030 of the Roseville Village Code. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Menber Grauel and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
